Fall Aprons

One of the things I was most looking forward to now that we've moved up to the DC area from Florida is fall and the beautiful changing of the leaves.  Funny how now that they're changing I've been too busy sewing to get out and take some blog pictures!

So in the meantime, here are a few of my Retro Revival fall aprons ~ made using vintage tablecloths.

The floral and foliage details on these fabrics are so vibrant.

The autumn-inspired colors so lovely!

In addition to my vintage tablecloth aprons, I've stitched up quite a few fall-inspired aprons with new fabric too:

My aprons, designed with generously cut skirts and waist ties, fit just about every size, from 2 - 16, and make perfect hostess and Thanksgiving gifts.  They're all available now in my Etsy shop if you want to take a closer look.

Hoping to make time this weekend to head over to Skyline Drive where the trees should be in full color.  Are the leaves changing where you live?  Whatever the case may be, I hope you have a colorful day!

Wonderful aprons, Cindy!

The fall colors here are perfect right now! Although I miss living on the farm, there sure are a lot more trees here in town and there's a better variety of them, too.

Enjoy! ♥
