Freshly Picked Hydrangeas

We have a beautiful hydrangea bush in our back yard and it's exploding with blooms.
 
 
So many flowers that even after I snipped a dozen, the bush is still quite full!
 
 
They're lovely in vintage pitchers atop the kitchen table...
 
 
...And a few tucked into vintage, silver teapots in our family room.

So pretty!
Some of my blooms are turning brown. Is that normal? I'm still trying to figure Hydrangeas out!
