Fancy Flea Market Finds

If you're ever in the central Florida area in April, you've got to make plans to go to the Fancy Flea Vintage Home & Garden Market.  It's awesome!  I spent one of my final Florida Saturdays wandering the Market, drooling over all of the beautiful things.  Here's a peek at some of my favorites:

Bird feeders upcycled from vintage glassware

This is made from vintage glass candy bowl lids ~ amazing!

Lots of old wire garden furniture

Shabby chandys everywhere

Antique wash tubs converted into garden planters

Lots of vintage lamps

Chalk painted furniture

Embroidered kitchen towels ~ I bought a couple to incorporate into Retro Revival aprons.

All sorts of old tin and metal bits and pieces

And my absolute favorite?  Hundreds, and I mean hundreds, of vintage tablecloths!

I bought this old enamel box

The seller told me it's a German bread box, but I've found it works best for storing my ric rac

I fell in love with the shape of this clock.  At only $9, I snatched it up and plan on painting it a more modern color.

And I snapped up nine tablecloths.  They are all so gorgeous, and I can hardly wait to make aprons out of them.

Well, all of them except this one!  It's in pristine condition, had the original tag, and was $15!

Eke!  The Fancy Flea is vintage tablecloth heaven!

We have something like that coming up in a couple of weeks here in TX. It is called Antique Alley and is miles and miles of yard sales and flea markets. Congrats on your great finds!

Hello my dear friend, how long!
I miss Cindy ... I no longer have time to update my blog, I think I'll end the blog. But I will always visit it, I promise!
Are you okay? Cindy sorry the delay in sending you a photo of me with the beautiful apron you gave me, but I want to take a picture to send you pretty well ...
In July I will be on vacation in Orlando, will be my second time around. We are very happy!
And your blog as always very cool thing, wow!
A big hug and God bless you always.

What great finds! I am so jealous. The vintage tablecloths are so beautiful, esp. the mint $15 find. Love that clock, too.
