Wedding Pictures {Finally!}

Finally, I have wedding pictures to share with you!  Pictures of our daughter Natalie marrying Daniel.

There are a lot of pictures here, so forgive me, but I managed to cull them down from 1,600!  I chose just 36 to help tell the story.  Here we go...

The venue was Park Tavern in Atlanta ~ look at that skyline!

Behind the scenes, Natalie's maid of honor, Nina (and Daniel's sister) adjusted her dress

Ray, the preacher (and hubbs of my BFF), and Natalie had a sweet moment

Captain Project came in to see Natalie and was overwhelmed

One of my favorite moments of the night

Then he walked her down the aisle

To the ceremony

The vows were exchanged

Then rings

Before they sealed the deal

Why are Natalie and Daniel laughing?

Because of this!

A few formal pictures were shot

The new family

Then outside for a couple more

I love this shot!

The couple's first dance

Father/daughter dance to The Commitments' "Try a Little Tenderness," which starts out slow...

...and then speeds up...

...everyone swarmed around them toward the end of the song.

We calmed things down so that Daniel and his mother, Cristina, could have their dance

A few details.  The back of Natalie's dress:

The hair brooch we made (there was a second one on the other side of her updo too)

(For her "something blue," Natalie wore my sapphire earrings that Captain Project gave me for our 20th anniversary.)

Now back to the party, where the high heels were off and the celebration was in full force

Near the end of the evening, Natalie changed into the short dress she wore in NYC for the official ceremony:

And my absolute favorite moment of the night...

Queen's "Under Pressure," with David Bowie played and all of the guests surrounded the newlyweds, everyone dancing and screaming the lyrics.  Natalie got choked up.  Me too!

It was the most beautiful, spontaneous moment.  Love!

A night full of love and sheer happiness.  Happy parents.
