Thank you again to Tracy from TJ's Treasures for making these pretty coin purses for my October blog giveaway!

(Tracy's working on getting her new website up and running. In the meantime, you may contact her at Tracy@TJsTreasures.com to purchase her treasures)
Using Random.org, I drew three winners from all of your October comments.

Congratulations to:

Ladies, please email me with your address so I can ship you your prize!
A few years ago, I found a stash of beautiful, vintage tablecloths at a second hand store. They were a bit neglected, with a few stains and pinholes, but no matter, I bought them, brought them home, laundered them and cut around the holes (the stains came out with Oxyclean ~ gotta love that stuff!) and walah!
Pretty, Christmas aprons! Here are a couple that sold last weekend at the Micanopy Fall Festival:

(I used the tablecloth for the bib and pocket, and the skirt and waist ties are new fabric)

(I made this one from a cheeky, mid-century modern tablecloth. Look at those bells! For the bottom layer I used a vintage dish cloth and embellished it with ric rac)

(This vintage tablecloth was a rare find! It was so big that I was able to make two full aprons and two half aprons!)
Now, for November's blog giveaway, I'm offering up this beauty!

So many sweet details:

I adapted a 1940's pattern to better fit today's figures. It's generously cut and looks equally great on waifs and curvey gals!

I'll randomly draw a winner on November 30th so that you'll have it in plenty of time for preparing your Christmas or holiday dinner! Leave a comment on this blog post, or any and all of my November posts and you're entered! The more comments you leave, the more chances you have to win! Good luck.

So pretty and what treasures! I love, love the aprons.
Congrats to the winners of the coin purses.
Hugs,

OMGosh, they're darling! I've recently picked up 4 vintage Christmas tablecloths, too, but I'm too scared to cut into them yet. I'm going to use them for Thanksgiving this year and then decide what to do. Every year I do a different theme for Thanksgiving, and this year I'm doing "TOYs" so I think the Christmas tablecloths will work well. I'm using all my vintage toys as vignettes on the tables. Usually I have about 25-30 people for dinner, but I don't know yet how many are coming this year....I have to get started on this real soon! Have a great day, and thanks for sharing your lovlies!
Hugs,
Meri
Congrats to the winners!
Cindy, all these aprons turned out so cute and I *really* want to win the one you're giving away! ♥
Add me, I love vintage aprons!!
I'd be too afraid to wear an apron made with vintage fabric in the kitchen and actually *use* it like an apron, for fear of ruining it! Or maybe it's just me and I'm too hard on clothes. :) Congrats to the winners!
Its amazing what you can do with a vintage table cloth!
What a beautiful apron. Nice for the holidays. Linda
I just found your blog and I love everything about it! Would love to be a winner :)
Congratulations to the winners!!! The aprons are just DARLING.
I love to see your brilliantly made aprons, you really are very clever :)
Hi Cindy! Did you get my email with my address? I sure hope so! I am so excited to get one of these pretties! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
