Dwellings in LeClaire, Iowa

I had the most wonderful time visiting my BFF in Iowa last week!  We laughed, visited friends, ate, shopped, and laughed some more.  The perfect vacation.

Whenever I visit we always make a point of stopping in LeClaire, a little historical town along the Mississippi, full of quaint shops, restaurants, and a distillery.  It's the home of "Buffalo Bill" Cody, and as you may remember from a prior blog post, home of the American Pickers (such a thrill to meet Mike Wolfe a couple of years ago!).

 

 

We also always stop into Dwellings, our favorite home décor and furnishing shop.

 

 

 Michael, the owner, recently moved the shop into this fabulous, old house.
