Vintage Christmas Tablecloth Aprons

December is really whizzing by for me as I've spent most of my time at my sewing machine.  Many people are in a buying mood ~ a vintage and retro buying mood!  Thankfully I've sold nearly 90 shower caps and 34 aprons since November 1st.

Both of my vintage Christmas wreaths sold too!

As well as both of my Christmas tree skirts.

I'm gleefully happy and oh so grateful!

Last week I pulled out a bunch of vintage Christmas tablecloths from my stash and from the less than perfect ones, stitched up some more Retro Revival aprons.

These are the six remaining ~ all beautiful and surprisingly vivid given the age of the tablecloths!

Then I used some new fabric to make these:

They're all available in my Etsy shop now and can be shipped in time for Christmas.

Like Santa's elves, I'm busy in my workshop!

I hope you'll visit my blog again next Tuesday because I have something special for YOU!

  3. Some lucky homes will be graced with Retro Revival this Christmas. Since I have been reading your blog (a long time now) I have looked for vintage tablecloths, not many out there and quite pricey when you find them. I have a couple of old clothes from my own vintage but saving them for that special project.

  7. I loved your vintage wreaths and I am glad they found homes. You should make more. My favorite was the santa one but the gold one went with my decorating for the holidays. I couldn't make up my mind.
