My Daughter told me that she's on a hunt for a few vintage perfume bottles to use as decoration in her bathroom. I remembered I had these pieces tucked away in a cabinet because I don't have room to display them.
They're both very old, and this one is a Limoges, signed and dated in French on the bottom:
The gold, hand painted details are so pretty against the creamy pink porcelain.
This one is very similar in color, is marked "Parisienne" on the bottom, and has its own little matching dish tray:
I'm happily packing these up and mailing them to Natalie in Philadelphia!
Your daughter is so lucky to get such beautiful bottles!
ReplyDeleteNatalie is a lucky girl to have you as a Mommy. She will be jumping for JOY when she opens her box with the vintage perfume bottles. ;o)

Oh those are stunning, I've got so many different ways I want to decorate my house, and I love that stuff. It will never be frilly or froo froo though, as I'd always be afraid of breaking something....I'm very clumsy. She's going to adore those, how sweet of you.
