Have I told you lately how much I love your comments to my posts?
I do! I'm sending you a giagantic hug right now...
As promised, I randomly drew a winner from all of your April comments to give away this vintage tin tray:
Congratulations to Kim from Into Vintage (hope you'll visit her blog ~ one of my faves)!
Send me your address to cindy@RetroRevival.Biz and I'll ship it right away.

This month I'm giving away this vintage apron I picked up while thrifting:
It's old but probably not too old. The apples, ric rac and banding at the hem are printed, not pieced. It was probably made from pattern-by-the-yard fabric. Yellow bias tape finishes the sides and bottom hem.
I think it's darling and hope you do too.
For a chance a winning this little beauty, share a comment on this post, or any of my May posts, and you're entered ~ easy peasy! I'll draw the winner on May 31st.
Regardless of the age of the apron it is darling!!! I think the fabric panels were something from the 70's, I seem to remember my mom coming home with them!

ReplyDeleteWhat a cute little apron. I've recieved compliments on the one you made that I won from you! When I was at the antique mall the other day, there was a girl in her 20s ooing and ahing over the aprons there and it made me smile.
Congrats to Kim on winning the tray! It's so sweet of you to have these give aways. ♥

ReplyDeleteHooray!! Thank you so much -- so excited to win. :-) -amy
ReplyDeleteI Love, love, love that photo of you giving a hug. So cute.
ReplyDeleteYou are so cute! A big running hug right back at ya! So jealous.. I mean happy for your winner of the pretty tray! I really enjoy your blog so much, and all your great photos of you and Mr. Retro! The little half apron is really sweet. Apples are one of those things that I like in a kitchen, this is a pretty print! I think the printed apron quilt is really cute for an easier sewing project!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Susie
